7- THE BATTLE OF FLOWERS

The Flower Parade, also known as the '' Battle of Flowers '' is a colourful event that sees fresh flowers thrown to the spectators.

Beautiful Murcian ladies, some dressed in the regional costume on artistic floats surrounded by floral decoration.

More than 200,000 flowers and gifts used in this fabulous celebration of the start of Spring. In this parade, The artistic floats are decorated with natural flowers and show the beauty of
the flowers from Murcia gardens and orchards. Music bands, animation groups and other elements are part of the courtship.
